    Online Store Shipping Information:

    All items ordered in our online store will ship via FedEx, SpeeDee or UPS at Horizon's discretion. All of our basic shipping cost calculations are provided by FedEx and include a small handling fee. If you have special shipping requests or prefer one carrier over another simply note it in the Special Instructions field at Check-Out. Please note will be not ship to PO boxes. All in-stock orders placed online will be shipping within 1-2 business days and will arrive within 2-4 business days within the continental U.S.A.

    Direct-Drop Shipments
    Horizon reserves the right to direct-drop ship any items that are not in stock at the time of the order from the manufacturer or distributor.

    Will Call / Customer Pick-up
    Customers can opt to will call their order from our location in St. Paul, MN. To pick up an order simply note that you would like to in the Special Instructions field at Check-Out. The shipping charges will still appear on your receipt, but they will be credited when you pick-up of your order. You will be contacted when you order is ready to be picked up. We do not stock all items on our web site at this location and it can take 1-3 days to receive it in our St. Paul warehouse.

    Shipping Surcharges
    Surcharges apply to several of the products in our online store due to the various classes of shipping the products fall into. In most cases, the shipping surcharges are listed at the bottom of the item description in bold italics.

    Hazardous Materials Surcharge
    Any product classified as a Hazardous Material will be charged a Hazardous Materials Surcharge of $20 per item. In some cases multiple hazardous items can be packaged together to eliminate one or more of the surcharges. Please call if you are ordering several hazardous items so we can optimize the way we ship the products and minimize the shipping costs.

    Over-Weight / Freight Surcharges ("Shipping TBD")
    Any item that is Over-Weight or must ship via Freight will not automatically calculate shipping at time of purchase. These items will be identified as such at the bottom of the item description in bold italics. In addition, the shipping cost at Check-Out will read "Shipping TBD", with a link to this page.     Shipping TBD (To Be Determined)
    During Check-Out, if an item is Over-Weight or must be shipped freight via a common carrier, the shipping price will read "Shipping TBD". In this event, after the order is placed, you will receive a call within 2 business days from a Horizon customer service representative with a shipping quote. Your credit card will not be charged and the item(s) will not be shipped until you accept the shipping charges. You may refuse and cancel the order at any time prior to the acceptance of the shipping charges. After you have accepted the shipping charges, the items will be shipped accordingly and your credit card will be charged at that time.

    Free Shipping Offer
    Only items that are advertised as having free shipping will ship free of charge. Any items on an order that do not have free shipping will be charged the normal calculated shipping rates.
