The Asahi 1080002 Labcock Valve is a rugged, compact quarter-turn ball valve designed for precision control in sampling and fluid systems. Featuring a ¼″ MPT inlet and ¼″ FPT outlet, it provides a direct-threaded solution for inline isolation or calibration ports.

Built from corrosion-resistant PVC and fitted with a EPDM O-ring, it’s rated to 150 psi at 120°F and handles full vacuum service (29.9 inHg). A calibrated flow indicator on the handle aids in visualizing flow adjustments, making it ideal for water treatment, lab setups, and process dosing lines.
