Chemtrol Flow Cell Assembly (FCA) – Sensor Manifold

The Chemtrol Flow Cell Assembly (FCA) is a precision sample chamber designed to house Chemtrol sensors for pH, ORP, and optional conductivity or temperature monitoring. It provides a stable, low-pressure environment for reliable and accurate readings across a wide range of water treatment applications.

This flow cell features a clear acrylic cover, dual flow control valves, a manual sample valve, and fittings for easy connection to bypass or recirculation lines. It includes ports for up to three sensors and is suitable for wall-mounted or backboard installations.

While the FCA does not include a flow switch or pressure gauge, it is fully compatible with Chemtrol’s rotary paddle flow switches and can be easily upgraded. Ideal for use with Chemtrol CH and PC series controllers, the FCA is perfect for both new systems and retrofit installations.
